Shipping & Delivery
Which courier do you use?
We ship our orders with reliable delivery partners (such as DPD, UPS, DHL, GLS and similar services), depending on your location and service availability.
Which countries do you ship to?
Currently, we ship to Germany and selected countries within the European Union. Available destinations and shipping costs are shown directly at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Germany: usually 2–6 business days
EU: usually 3–8 business days
These delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, customs procedures, strikes, or peak demand periods.

Coffee & Freshness
When was my coffee roasted?
The roast date is printed on each package. We roast fresh every week and aim to ship coffee that was roasted no more than two weeks before your order.
How should I store my coffee?
Keep it in its original packaging, tightly sealed, and store it away from light, heat, and moisture. The one-way valve on the bag helps preserve the aromas.
Can coffee “go bad”?
Over time, and with prolonged exposure to oxygen and direct light, coffee can lose intensity and aromatic complexity. However, it is very unlikely to become unsafe to consume if stored properly.
Which coffee do you recommend for a bean-to-cup or automatic machine?
We generally recommend our espresso roasts. Filter roasts brewed in automatic machines may taste unbalanced. Ultimately, personal taste is what matters most.
How do I choose the right coffee for me?
Try different origins and flavor profiles — taste is personal, and experimenting is part of the journey. Brewing results also depend on your grinder, water, machine and technique. We’re always happy to help you find the best match.
Brewing & Equipment
Do you have brew guides?
Yes. On our website you’ll find guides for methods such as V60, AeroPress, French Press, Espresso and more.
Why should I use a coffee grinder?
Grinding fresh coffee significantly improves aroma and flavor clarity. Once you experience it, it’s hard to go back.
Returns & Complaints
Can I return coffee?
For hygiene and freshness reasons, opened coffee packages cannot be returned. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for full details on returns, withdrawals and conditions.
