Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction (PayPal, Stripe), unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods:
- which are sealed and not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
This applies specifically to food products, such as our freshly roasted coffee, once the original packaging has been opened.
