Brazil provides a smooth and rounded base. Colombia adds a subtle lift that keeps the cup lively without dominating. The Rwandan Robusta brings body and definition, giving structure to the blend.
The roast is developed to highlight each component, resulting in a 70/30 espresso that combines traditional Italian style with a more modern approach.

Who roasts our coffee?
Every PINO coffee is roasted by Giuseppe, founder and roaster of PINO Roastery. His roasting style brings together the warmth of Italian coffee culture, the curiosity of the specialty world and the discipline of small-batch craftsmanship. The goal is never to overwhelm the bean, but to reveal its character with clarity, sweetness and balance.
