Dai is a common Italian expression with two meanings. It can be an encouragement, like saying “come on” or “let’s go grab a coffee”, but it can also mean “give” or “offer”, as in sharing something with someone.
This coffee sits right in that space.
The blend combines washed coffees from Colombia and Honduras with a natural Brazil. The washed components bring clarity and structure, while the natural adds roundness and depth without making the cup heavy.
The roast is developed to keep the profile clean and easy to work with, allowing the coffee to express itself without pushing too hard in any direction.
It’s a modern espresso in the most straightforward sense: it doesn’t try to prove anything. It just fits into the moment, and moves with it.
