About this coffee
Caffè della Casa – literally “house coffee” – is built on a simple idea: having a reliable and straightforward coffee for everyday use.
The name refers to the “vino della casa” in Italian trattorias: something straightforward, consistent, and always available.
We use a Brazil from Cerrado Mineiro, a region known for its stable and well-structured production. Defined seasons and controlled processing result in a clean and consistent profile year-round.
The carefully developed medium roast enhances body and roundness while keeping the cup balanced and easy to extract.
It’s a versatile coffee, suitable for espresso, moka pot, fully automatic machines, and French press.

Who roasts our coffee?
Every PINO coffee is roasted by Giuseppe, founder and roaster of PINO Roastery. His roasting style brings together the warmth of Italian coffee culture, the curiosity of the specialty world and the discipline of small-batch craftsmanship. The goal is never to overwhelm the bean, but to reveal its character with clarity, sweetness and balance.
When do we roast it?
We roast only after your order is placed. No old stock, no forgotten bags, no coffee waiting too long before reaching you. Your coffee is roasted in small batches, prepared with attention and shipped fresh, so it can arrive full of aroma, personality and life — ready to become part of your daily ritual.
